Constitutional Law
Fundamental rights, federalism and the living doctrine of the Constitution.
I’m Mansi Raiya — I teach, write, and argue for a legal system that serves people first. Two decades in the classroom, a lifetime in the library.
Constitutional Law · Corporate Governance · Legal Ethics

“A classroom is the first courtroom — it is where convictions are formed.”
My work sits at the meeting point of doctrine and daily life: constitutional principles read alongside the realities of the people they protect. In the classroom I push students to argue both sides; in my research I follow the questions courts are still learning to answer.
Beyond teaching, I advise on governance and public policy, and mentor young advocates as they find their voice before the bench.
